What is included in the price?
TAMARIZ RENT A CAR rates include:
Mandatory car insurance and supplemental liability insurance to cover damages to third parties arising from the use of the vehicle.
PAI (Personal Accident Insurance)
CDW (Waiver of collision damage)
TP (Theft Protection)
Cancellation or modification of free reservation (up to 24 hours before picking up the vehicle)
Vehicle delivery and collection service
You may choose to purchase a Super CDW, which is in addition to CDW (Theft Protection) and TP (Theft Protection), to waive any excess in the event of damage or loss of the vehicle TAMARIZ RENT A CAR, is parts and accessories, including losses resulting from collision, theft or attempted theft and vandalism, provided that the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
The only people authorized to drive the vehicle are the calls in the rental agreement.
All drivers must have a valid driving license valid throughout Europe, at least one year old.
Vehicles may not be driven off the island where they were rented.
Tamariz rent a CAR rates do not include fuel. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as that provided to the customer.

How far in advance should I make the reservation?
The minimum advance should be 24 hours, with car availability always subject to confirmation.

Is the amount to be paid actually the value of the final?
The reservation amount is indicated. At the time of booking you can opt for other extras that are added to the final value.

Will any deduction be made from the deposit made with my card when you pick up the vehicle?
Only the one corresponding to the deposit will be removed from your card in case of damage to the vehicle, or accident.

What insurance are included in my rental?
Included in all reservations are compulsory car insurance and supplementary liability insurance to cover damages to third parties arising from the use of the vehicle, the PAI (Personal Accident Insurance), CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP against theft).

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
At the end of the booking process you will be directed to a "Booking Confirmation" page with the highlighted reservation number. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation.

Is it possible to change / cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?
Yes, Tamariz allows you to change or cancel your reservation online after being confirmed, as long as it is made up to 24 hours before the rental time. You just need to access the Manage Booking link. If you have not canceled your reservation, and the vehicle is not lifted until the closing time of the station, you will be charged a non-show fee of € 50. Please note that you can only modify or cancel reservations made online by you. You will receive confirmation of the change or cancellation by email.

Do I need an international driving license?
A valid driving license is required to lift the vehicle. You will have to show it when picking up the vehicle. The driving license must be written in Latin characters (European and / or International Driving License)

Do I need to check the conditions of the vehicle at the time of withdrawal?
Yes, you must confirm that the conditions of the vehicle are in accordance with the conditions stated in the contract of the vehicle. If there is an apparent defect that is not listed, please report the defect to the wizard in order to update the rental agreement.
